I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to my first blog, I am excited about this blog and had a little trouble getting set up and posting thanks for the help from those who responded to my cry:o( As for the relaxation part of this blog I will try it again later because setting up and posting to this blogs had me too discombobulated, and it did not work. I look forward to reading everyone else's blogs.

Hello All
I am new to this blog, this is my first. I have seen some beautiful ones I hope I am doing this right.:o) How do you add a video, the music, etc.. HELP!
